More Than 10 Years of Shaping Ideas Into Art
Pankaj Mestry works across sculptures, Ganpati idols and paintings — traditional craft meeting his own reading of a form.
His work holds traditional craftsmanship beside his own creative reading of a subject — ideas, materials and imagination pressed into something you can stand in front of.
Every piece begins the same way: a material, an idea, and time.
The studio works from Bhandup and Nahur, Mumbai — Ganpati idols, sculpture and painting, made by hand.
